Woahnow is operated by RAMON VIEITA LLC. We offer 30-day returns for eligible products purchased at https://www.woahnow.shop/, including returns due to change of mind or unsuitable size, as well as assistance for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

1. Return Summary

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The 30-day return window is measured in calendar days.

2. How the 30-Day Period Works

  • Contact us and hand the return parcel to the carrier within 30 calendar days after the item was delivered (the day after delivery counts as Day 1).

  • Retain your carrier acceptance receipt or tracking record as proof of handover date. The package does not need to reach us within the 30 days as long as it was handed to the carrier on time.

  • If a delay on our end in sending the label prevents on-time handover, we will provide a reasonable written extension.

3. Condition of Change-of-Mind Returns

To qualify for a change-of-mind or size-related return, items must be unused, unworn (except for indoor fitting), unwashed, unaltered, and in original saleable condition with all tags and original packaging attached.

  • Outerwear & Clothing: Try items on indoors. Keep tags attached; avoid washing, outdoor wear, stains, odors, or pet hair.

  • Footwear: Try shoes on indoors on a clean surface. Soles must be clean and unworn. Include all supplied shoe boxes or accessories.

  • Outdoor Bags & Equipment: Indoor inspection is allowed. Must not show outdoor wear, dirt, or moisture, and must include all original components.

  • Heated/Battery-Powered Items: Retain all components. Contact us before returning a battery or damaged electrical component for specific shipping instructions—do not ship damaged lithium batteries via standard clothing labels.

Note: Statutory consumer rights for defective, damaged, or incorrect items remain fully protected.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@woahnow.shop with your order number, account email, items to return, and reason for return. (For product issues, attach clear photos of the item and packaging).

  2. Receive return approval, instructions, and a free printable prepaid return label (usually within 1–2 business days).

  3. Pack the item securely, attach the prepaid label, cover any old labels, and hand it to the designated carrier.

  4. Keep your tracking receipt.

Important: Please contact us before mailing parcel returns. Unannounced returns may cause delays in identification and processing.

  • Return Shipping Fees: Free when using our provided prepaid label. We do not charge restocking fees or deduct return shipping fees from approved refunds.

  • Independent Shipping: If you purchase your own shipping service without prior agreement, we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

6. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is an issue.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item/packaging if available.

  • We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution (replacement, missing part, or full refund). You will not be charged return shipping for merchant errors or defective items.

  • Do not dispose of defective or damaged items until instructed by our team.

7. Refund Amount and Timelines

  • Processing: We inspect items and process refunds within 1–3 business days of parcel delivery.

  • Refund Total: Includes actual price paid plus applicable refundable sales taxes. Standard outbound shipping is free, so no standard shipping fees are deducted.

  • Bank Posting: After issuance, your bank or payment provider typically requires 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account.

  • Total Estimated Timeline: 4–8 business days from receipt at our warehouse (excluding transit time).

8. Exchanges and Order Cancellations

  • Exchanges: To exchange for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Cancellations / Address Changes: Email us immediately with your order number. If the order has not dispatched, we will cancel and refund it. Once handed to the carrier, orders cannot be canceled, but eligible items can be returned under this policy upon arrival.
