2. Eligibility and Accurate Information

  • Age Requirement: You must be legally capable of entering into a transaction or act with authorization from a parent, guardian, or authorized person. Our children's clothing is intended for purchase by adults.

  • Account Security: Provide accurate account, contact, shipping, and billing information. If you create an account, protect your credentials and notify us of any unauthorized use.

  • Security Warning: Do not send passwords or payment authentication codes to customer support.

3. Products, Sizes, and Product Information

  • Assortment: Includes adult and children's outerwear, ski/winter jackets, insulated/puffer coats, plus-size clothing, pants, hiking footwear, and outdoor bags.

  • Product Review: Always review product descriptions, size guides, materials, care instructions, and variant choices before ordering. Standard age or letter sizes do not guarantee fit.

  • Stock Issues: If a product is unavailable or a material pricing/description error occurs, we will contact you to offer available options, cancellation, or a prompt refund. We will never substitute a materially different product or increase your charge without your consent.

5. Pricing, Tax, and Payment

  • Currency & Fees: Prices are displayed in USD (for the U.S. storefront). Checkout details the subtotal, discounts, applicable sales tax, and final total before payment. Standard U.S. shipping is free.

  • Billing: Standard purchases are one-time transactions and do not enroll you in unauthorized recurring subscriptions or memberships.

6. Shipping and Delays

  • Fulfillment Scope: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

  • Timeline: Standard handling takes 1–3 business days; standard transit takes an estimated 6–9 business days (total estimate: 7–12 business days).

  • Daily Cut-off: 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed at or after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Contact hello@woahnow.shop promptly. If the order has not been dispatched and can be intercepted, we will cancel and refund it.

  • Returns: Eligible returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. We provide a free printable prepaid return label and charge no restocking fee.

  • Processing: Inspection and refund processing take 1–3 business days upon receipt, and banks typically take an additional 3–5 business days to post funds.

8. Acceptable Website Use

Users must not engage in unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, payment abuse, harassment, malicious code injection, site interference, or unauthorized data access. We reserve the right to limit access or cancel transactions to address genuine security or fraud concerns.
